Returns Policy

Please note, although we offer a general 30 day returns policy on our products, with the exception of personalised signs as they have no intrinsic value once personalised. Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification are not covered by distance selling regulations.

We urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering, as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised. We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order.

If something doesn’t look “right” we will endeavour to contact you first, but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us. Should any purchase arrive damaged in transit or does not arrive at all, then please contact us straight away and we will follow up your enquiry.

All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived. Any and all returned goods must be received by us no later than 30 days from the despatch date of goods.

We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 may be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made.

You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility – We advise you to obtain a proof of posting.
